covered in garlic, lightly breaded, then pan fried

Bisteck Encebollado – Seasoned top
sirloin steak topped with sautéed onions,
vinegar & yellow chilies – served
with rice.
Tallarin Verde con Bisteck Apanado –
Spaghetti pasta in a spicy green spinach and basil
sauce – served under a piece of pounded top
sirloin steak, covered in garlic, lightly breaded,
then pan friend to Mama’s satisfaction.
Col Saltado con Carne – Mama’s

& onions – served with rice.
Saltado de Vainitas con Carne – Mama’s

your choice of either fresh cut green beans or broccoli
