– Mama’s lean, carefully seasoned beef sautéed with onions, fresh cilantro & tomatoes – served over white beans and rice.

Chaufa de Carne
– Beef fried rice prepared with scrambled eggs and green onions – Inka Mama’s style!

Ajiaco de Carne
– Lean beef seasoned with care in Mama’s spicy garlic-chili sauce and mixed with cubed potatoes – served with rice.

Bisteck Apanado
– Pounded top sirloin covered in garlic, lightly breaded, then pan fried to Mama’s satisfaction – served with salad and rice.

Bisteck Encebollado
– Seasoned top sirloin steak topped with sautéed onions,

vinegar & yellow chilies
– served with rice.

Tallarin Verde con Bisteck Apanado
– Spaghetti pasta in a spicy green spinach and basil sauce – served under a piece of pounded top sirloin steak, covered in garlic, lightly breaded, then pan friend to Mama’s satisfaction.

Col Saltado con Carne
– Mama’s lean, tenderly seasoned beef sautéed with cabbage & onions – served with rice.

Saltado de Vainitas con Carne
– Mama’s lean, carefully seasoned beef sautéed with your choice of either fresh cut green beans or broccoli (or both) with onions & tomatoes – served with rice.

Tallarin Saltado de Carne
– Mama’s lean, carefully seasoned beef mixed with onions, cabbage – served with spaghetti.

Tallarin a lo Victor
– Mama’s carefully seasoned beef, sautéed in a spicy, garlic & tomato sauce to Mama’s satisfaction, then finished with a dash of cilantro – mixed with spaghetti.
